She will love it, or just return it policy

Our “she will love it, or just return it” policy is our commitment that we are here to create long term client relationships and to give you absolute peace of mind. This is a "no questions" asked policy. If for ANY reason you are not satisfied you can simply return any item in its original packaging and condition, within 30 days subject to the detailed conditions contained below, the value of the centre diamond (plus taxes paid) will be refunded.

Many local jewelers will not accept returns, especially if you customize and design your ring – we do!

Conditions

Product must be received by Diamonds Everlasting within 30 days of the date the order was placed with us and returns will only be accepted if the returns process below is strictly followed.

1. Two days prior to return shipping, send an email to returns@diamondseverlasting.com including full details of the return including purchaser and invoice number, and expected date when we can receive return. Print a copy of the email notice.
2. The ring and all original delivery contents must be received by us in their original state and packaging and not damaged or altered in any way.
3. Include the original diamond certificate, copy of the invoice, a letter requesting a refund, signed by the original purchaser and a copy of the email notice above.
4. Use Fedex, UPS or US Postal Service to return and ensure the service includes:
   1. Returned in the carriers cardboard box offered, insured for the invoice value and the service includes full signature receipt by us. Request a return receipt to confirm that we have received the parcel
   2. Unmarked other than to “DE Returns, 12707 High Bluff Drive, San Diego, California, 92130” and senders details
   3. Retain all receipts and tracking numbers and we accept no liability for shipments not received by our office. We will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. The cost of return shipping and insurance, or any consequential loss or damage, is not a risk of or refundable by Diamonds Everlasting

Receiving returns by us

Once we receive your returned item and in our sole discretion meets with the requirements above, the item will be accepted for return. Please note that returns not matching the diamond certificate or showing signs of wear or alteration or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. For returns not meeting the requirements, we will assist to return to you yet will not bear any cost or risk associated therewith.

Note, there is a cost included in your invoice for this right, and by ordering, accept that the payment is for the conditions attached to this right as contained herein. On the above processes being followed, and subject to the terms above, a refund will be processed to you to the account from which payment for the original order was made. Due to costs incurred for shipping, the setting design process and others, the refund will only be for the two line items for the full amount of the centre diamond stone and taxes reflected on the original invoice, which comprise the major cost components.
