How do I know I am getting the best value?
By using our wizards, we know you will select the right ring for you and make an informed decision. Without having the burden that traditional jewelers have (low volumes on
high retail rent and staff costs), we are absolutely confident we provide you the best value (and best price) together with peace of mind. We urge you to compare our prices and
quality, but beware if some-one else offers you an even lower price than we are, watch for unscrupulous operators or a reason why the diamond is being offered so cheap. We do
not entertain “lower offers” as we have already passed the discount to you for the benefit of our lower cost structure to ensure the highest value proposition.
What if she does not accept my proposal or we find another ring?
Just return it within 30 days for a refund, subject to the terms of the “She will love it, or just return it” policy.
Where do you ship diamond engagement rings to?
Currently we only ship diamond rings within the U.S.A. and use Fedex as our preferred carrier, and all items are insured.
Can I just order loose diamonds or a setting or other rings or jewelry?
No, we do not sell loose diamonds or settings separately. We specialize in providing the best value and most loved diamond engagement rings only and do not provide other types of rings or jewelry.
How long after I order will my item be shipped?
Generally, we will commence customizing and starting on the ring within 24 hours of the order. Generally we will ship the ring within 4 to 6 business days, depending on various factors, and you will be kept updated on the status of the delivery process and times. We expect you to have your ring, customized made and delivered, with the full proposal packaging in your hands in 5 – 9 business days of the order.
Is my ring safe?
Yes. They are fully insured during transit and require a signature at the time of delivery.
Are any of your diamonds laser treated, clarity enhanced, color enhanced, or modified in any way?
No. We provide diamonds that are 100% natural and untreated, and this is further verified in our certification process.
Will my diamond be fully and independently laboratory certified?
Yes. Every main diamond stone will have a laboratory certificate of authenticity. The laboratory will be indicated before any purchase yet we specialize in the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and American Gem Society Laboratory (AGSL) certified diamonds. Refer to our Terms in the matching of smaller side stones when that particular setting is selected. Furthermore, we provide an additional tool with your purchase pack that allows you to ensure the actual diamond you receive, matches the certificate, that you are 100% sure the diamond is as certified.!
What are conflict-free diamonds?
Conflict-free diamonds are gems that were not obtained due to human rights and other abuses that may occur, mainly in Africa, when diamonds are sourced. We ONLY source conflict free diamonds and have a separate conflict free policy to provide peace of mind.
What types of payment do you accept and can I give telephonic orders?
Currently we accept credit cards from major credit card vendors as well as PayPal and Google Checkout. Please feel free to call us for guidance yet orders will not be taken verbally and must be placed on our secure website.
How do I find my ring size?
There are several methods available to determine ring size - please click here for assistance. If a minor resizing occurs after the proposal, we recommend resizing with the wearer present at your local jeweler which may incur a small charge.
Is shopping with Diamonds Everlasting secure?
Yes. Diamonds Everlasting ensures that our customers' purchases are secure. All sensitive data is encrypted using 128-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL).
Will I pay sales tax?
That depends on where we ship to (that is, your location). We ascribe to ethical business practices and support the community from where we operate. We are based in California and accordingly sales tax will be charged in accordance with the law if you are in California and will not be charged if you are in a state other than California.
Will my personal information be shared with third parties?
No. We keep your information private and confidential in terms of our Privacy Policy.
I need an insurance appraisal?
The invoice that accompanies every order can be used to establish the value for insurance purposes.
